Callum brings over 20 years experience at a senior level in the people space, having worked for some of New Zealand’s biggest and most innovative companies at times of transformational change; most recently with Kiwibank and prior to that with Spark. With a background in performance, reward and strategic people solutions, Callum has a track record of designing flexible people solutions that help companies accelerate performance and transform for the future.
